Where are your locations?
We are located at Grand Avenue - The Avenues Mall in Kuwait.
What are your working hours?
We welcome guests from 9 am to 11 pm.
Do you have takeout and/or delivery?
We do not provide a home delivery service, however all our menu items are available for take-away
Do you serve breakfast and until what time?
Yes, we serve breakfast! Our menu includes all your favourite breakfast items which are available throughout the day.
Do you accept reservations?
For questions regarding reservations, please contact our Restaurant Manager on +965 22283927. COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines will be applicable.
Can you accommodate large parties?
We are currently restricted due to COVID-19 Health and Safety Regulations. Contact our Restaurant Manager on +965 22283927 for further details.
Do you cater?
Currently, we do not currently offer a catering menu/service. However, all our delicious menu items can be ordered for pickup / take-away
Do you do anything special for guests celebrating a birthday or other special occasions?
If you order dessert, we will personalize the plate with a greeting message like "Happy Birthday" (or Anniversary, Good Luck, etc.) along with your special guest’s name written in chocolate or caramel.
What is the dress code?
Be comfortable and feel free to come as you are to indulge in the flavours of Milan
Is it OK to bring babies and children?
Absolutely! If you need a highchair, please ask your host or server.
Can you accommodate strollers?
Of course! We are always happy to welcome our smaller guests and their “wheels.”
Can you accommodate wheelchairs?
Absolutely! Just tell us when you check in.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Currently, we don’t offer Wi-Fi in our restaurant. However, you are free to connect to The Avenues Wi-Fi.

Do you have a smoking area?
We do not have a smoking area as per mall regulations, but you can use designated smoking areas in The Avenues.
Do you offer plastic utensils?
We can offer plastic utensils on request. However we apply a rigorous cleaning process to ensure everything is well cleaned and sanitized.

Can you accommodate menu items for guests with food sensitivities?
We offer a variety of substitution options and always do our best to accommodate special requests to prepare your meal just the way you like it. When ordering, please inform your server of your needs and we will try our best to accommodate.
Is your meat and poultry Halal and what is their source?
Yes, all our meat and poultry are 100% Halal certified. Our “Country of Origin” for all the meat, poultry, and seafood we use in our restaurant is available on our website, our menu and upon request.
What type of coffee do you serve?
Princi proudly serves Starbucks Reserve coffee. Starbucks Reserve is a selection of the rarest, most extraordinary, coffees Starbucks has to offer. Together Starbucks Reserve and Rocco Princi have crafted a signature espresso blend, which is available exclusively in Princi Stores worldwide.
Are your condiments such as jams and pickles for sale?
Yes, some of our condiments are for sale. Please ask your host or server about which condiments are available for sale and for assistance.
What languages or formats is the menu available in?
All our restaurants offer menus in English and Arabic. You can also view our entire menu with pictures, on our website. Please ask your server for details.
